Performance Appraisal Examples

A performance appraisal is a method to document and evaluate the performance of the employee in question. Usually performance appraisals are filled in by managers or team leaders, and consist of rating scales (1=off track, 5=superstar) and comments. It's important to remember that performance appraisals are assessment of employee's overall accomplishments over a specified period of time (usually annually or biannually) and they should be as constructive and useful as possible.
